Are you a detail-oriented Mechanical Drafter with a passion for precision engineering? Our company is seeking a skilled professional to join our technical team in Bandung. In this role, you will play a critical part in translating complex design concepts into accurate 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings, specifically focusing on sheet metal fabrication.
You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all technical specifications meet our high company standards. This position is perfect for someone who excels in CAD environments, understands fabrication limitations, and thrives in a collaborative manufacturing setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models for sheet metal components.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret design requirements and translate them into production-ready specifications.
- Ensure all technical drawings adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
- Perform accurate dimensioning, tolerancing, and bill of materials (BOM) generation.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to resolve design-related production issues.
- Maintain and organize an updated database of technical drawings and revision histories.
- Review designs for manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Drafter, specifically with sheet metal projects.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor).
- Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and bending allowances.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical sketches.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
