Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings for MEP systems using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop integrated building designs
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback
- Perform quantity takeoffs and material estimation for MEP components
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve technical discrepancies
- Maintain organized drawing documentation and version control
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP drafting or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar drafting software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering blueprints
- Detail-oriented with excellent spatial visualization skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating technical drafting expertise
