Join PT Greenfield Work & Flow as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer in the vibrant hub of Ubud, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams for integrated project delivery
- Perform energy analysis and recommend sustainable design improvements
- Manage MEP documentation and coordinate with utility providers for seamless installations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of MEP engineering experience in Indonesian construction sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant engineering software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes (SNI) and sustainability standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
