Ciputra Balai Property is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to join our prestigious development team in Tabanan, Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our construction projects, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of essential building systems.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural vision and technical execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP installations meet high-quality standards, are completed within the designated budget, and adhere strictly to project timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to maintain operational excellence and safety compliance across our property portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire MEP design process from conceptualization to final site implementation.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Monitor project costs and manage resources efficiently to ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframe.
- Conduct regular site inspections to troubleshoot technical issues and monitor the quality of workmanship.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal management review.
- Optimize system designs for energy efficiency and long-term building operational sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the property development or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, MEP standards, and safety protocols in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and MEP design tools; BIM (Revit) experience is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on project cost optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Tabanan, Bali.
