Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed M&E engineering designs, specifications, and drawings using AutoCAD/BIM software.
- Conduct on-site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical audits to ensure project compliance.
- Liaise with local authorities and utility providers to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues during construction phases.
- Supervise M&E installations to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare technical reports, tender documents, and cost estimates for prospective projects.
- Stay updated with the latest green building certifications (e.g., GBI, LEED) and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an M&E consultancy firm.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with BIM/Revit is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, MS standards, and statutory requirements (Bomba, TNB, JKR).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Graduate Engineer with BEM is preferred.
