As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all mechanical and electrical construction works at site. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving technical issues, coordinating inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all mechanical and electrical construction activities at site
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and as-built drawings
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate troubleshooting activities
- Ensure all M&E works are completed in accordance with project schedules and budgets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination or supervision
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and construction processes
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
