Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical engineering support to project teams throughout construction lifecycles
- Design, review, and optimize mechanical and electrical systems for commercial/residential projects
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation including CAD drawings, specifications, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to Singaporean building codes
- Develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Mechanical/Electrical system integration and commissioning support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or MEP engineering
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and safety regulations (BCA requirements)
- Certification in project management (PMP) or relevant engineering license preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
