As an M&E Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality building services that ensure safety, efficiency, and sustainability. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on challenging projects while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the company's growth in the Malaysian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and draft mechanical and electrical building services systems, including HVAC, fire fighting, and electrical power distribution.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Perform calculations and feasibility studies for M&E systems to meet client requirements and budget constraints.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local building codes and statutory regulations.
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in building services engineering.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM software.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building standards and safety codes (BSA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
