Join China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd as a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional large-scale projects. As an M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of mechanical and electrical systems, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety standards. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and maintaining project documentation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all mechanical and electrical works on large-scale construction projects
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Manage M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring performance meets expectations
- Prepare regular progress reports and address any technical issues or delays
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination for large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, and regulations in Singapore
- Proficiency in project management software and technical drawing tools
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus
