Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems on construction sites.
- Ensure project compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and sub-contractors to resolve technical design conflicts.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and perform quality control audits to ensure high-performance standards.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and project documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage material procurement and ensure efficient utilization of onsite resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction, building services, or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or related design and modeling software is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex M&E issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead onsite teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (MS/IEC) is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Selangor.
