Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, design, and supervise M&E systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E services.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to ensure installations comply with technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering calculations.
- Lead coordination meetings to resolve site technical challenges and ensure project timelines are strictly met.
- Review tender documents, shop drawings, and material submissions for compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide expert technical guidance to junior engineers and draft standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a relevant discipline).
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in M&E building services within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, and relevant safety regulations (SS/CP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
