In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our on-site technical operations. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and execution, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical installations are performed to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills to manage sub-contractors, and a proactive approach to solving on-site challenges to ensure timely project delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily M&E site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise sub-contractors and site workers to ensure productive and safe work environments.
- Review M&E shop drawings and technical documentation to identify potential clashes or implementation issues prior to installation.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective engineering solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports, defect logs, and handover documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project managers to streamline site operations and project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven site experience in M&E coordination or supervision.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, fire safety codes, and electrical standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex M&E engineering drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management software; experience with AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
