GRC Construction is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager to lead our team on a prestigious MRT Project located in Jurong West. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of all mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they align with the highest standards of engineering excellence and safety.
As the M&E Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the M&E department, including supervision of engineers and technicians.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for the MRT project.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in M&E management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience managing MRT or large-scale public infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Valid professional engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
