We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. As a key player in our technical operations, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of critical building systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on existing MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software.
- Manage material procurement and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required components.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (S1/Sarjana).
- Proven experience in MEP engineering, specifically within the construction or facility management industry.
- Familiarity with Indonesian national building standards (SNI) and local regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
