Tanggung Jawab
- Design and coordinate MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients during project lifecycle
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Stay updated on industry innovations and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of MEP engineering experience in Indonesian projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of local building codes (SNI) and permits
- Experience with commercial building MEP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in MEP design or project management preferred
