Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive MEP project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Supervise day-to-day MEP operational activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve site technical conflicts.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety, quality, and environmental regulations across all MEP work sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify installation accuracy and address technical bottlenecks promptly.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for project management review.
- Manage MEP testing and commissioning processes to ensure high-performance operational handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in MEP coordination within the construction or real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and MEP technical regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/BIM is a plus).
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- High analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical site issues.
