Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic development and implementation of MEP optimization programs across multiple facilities
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of MEP engineers and technicians
- Drive sustainability initiatives through energy efficiency improvements and green building certifications
- Oversee lifecycle management of MEP systems including preventive maintenance and capital upgrades
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure operational excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders on facility modernization projects and technology integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of MEP engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in optimizing facility systems and reducing operational costs
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, sustainability standards, and safety regulations
- Experience with BMS/BEMS systems and energy management software
- Certification in LEED, BREEAM, or similar sustainability frameworks preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
