Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all MEP engineering and construction activities to ensure alignment with design specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to synchronize MEP project components
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Lead subcontractor management and vendor relationships for MEP systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management within construction industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera) and BIM tools
- Proven experience managing complex building projects with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is highly desirable
