Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate the mechanical and electrical engineering aspects of major infrastructure and data centre projects.
- Oversee project execution from site mobilization to commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project communication and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and construction best practices.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for all project phases.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing proactive solutions to overcome technical and operational challenges.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and method statements from contractors and sub-contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project engineering, specifically within infrastructure, critical facilities, or data centre projects.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and building management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles, from planning and design review to execution and commissioning.
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, relevant engineering licenses) is a plus.
