We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical / Electrical (M&E) Project Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in the Central Region of Singapore. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure and state-of-the-art data centre projects, ensuring compliance with stringent client specifications and industry standards.
As the M&E Project Engineer, you will be fully responsible for coordinating and overseeing the technical delivery of all engineering services. This encompasses the full project lifecycle from the initial site execution and installation phases through to rigorous testing and commissioning (T&C), and ultimately to successful project completion and handover. Your strong technical foundation will be essential for optimizing designs, swiftly resolving complex site issues, and ensuring the flawless integration of sophisticated M&E systems including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all M&E site installation activities for large-scale infrastructure and data centre projects.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure strict compliance with project requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve complex technical issues on-site.
- Monitor project progress meticulously, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure all milestones are achieved within budget and schedule.
- Enforce rigorous adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and the highest quality standards.
- Manage the full Testing and Commissioning (T&C) lifecycle for M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive technical submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Support the procurement process and conduct site inspections for M&E materials and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related M&E discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in M&E project engineering, preferably on infrastructure or data centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements (BCA, NEA, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and standard project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and site handover processes is highly advantageous.
