We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Property Planning Analyst to join our client's team in Jakarta Selatan. As an M&E Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing mechanical and electrical systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Your key duties will include conducting feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments; coordinating with design teams; and ensuring all M&E systems comply with local regulations and industry standards. You will play a crucial role in delivering efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective building solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with specific experience in property planning. You should be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and review mechanical and electrical plans for property development projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for M&E systems.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure integration of M&E systems with overall building design.
- Evaluate and select appropriate M&E technologies, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with M&E specifications and timelines.
- Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in M&E systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E planning in property or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in M&E design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
