Join ingenium Advance Sdn Bhd as a Mechanical & Electrical Resident Engineer/Inspector of Work and play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical integrity of our projects. Based in Johor Bahru, you'll be responsible for on-site supervision of mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections for mechanical and electrical works to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Review and approve contractor's technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings
- Monitor installation progress and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical issues promptly
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, daily diaries, and progress documentation
- Verify materials and equipment conform to project requirements and safety standards
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E construction supervision or inspection roles
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, CEng) or equivalent technical qualifications
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction codes and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
