Jababeka is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Electrical Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment at our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Cikarang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our critical utility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in industrial M&E systems, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, and the ability to lead technical teams to meet strict operational KPIs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems within WTP and WWTP facilities.
- Implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for pumps, motors, control panels, and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Supervise technical teams and third-party contractors to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requests to ensure essential maintenance continuity.
- Ensure all activities adhere to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and environmental regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly maintenance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in industrial plant maintenance (WTP/WWTP experience is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, and industrial electrical panel wiring.
- Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and mechanical blueprints.
- Familiarity with K3 (OHS) certification and protocols.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and commit to a contract-based position.
- Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
