Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and mechanical equipment
- Perform diagnostic testing on electrical circuits, motors, and control systems
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on best practices and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, PLC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., LOTO, arc flash) preferred
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
