Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults in industrial pump systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize downtime
- Execute repairs on motors, drives, control panels, and hydraulic components
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize system performance and reliability
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards during all operations
- Provide on-site emergency support during critical equipment failures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pump maintenance or industrial machinery
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and electrical diagrams
- Certification in HVAC systems or industrial controls preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Class 3 driving license (for site visits)
- Experience with centrifugal and positive displacement pumps
