Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural drawings and project concepts to develop comprehensive mechanical system designs
- Prepare detailed engineering specifications and CAD documentation for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Collaborate with architects and civil engineers to integrate mechanical systems within structural frameworks
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for mechanical infrastructure components
- Ensure compliance with local engineering codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support during construction phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design for construction projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping
- Familiarity with local engineering codes (DPWH, NSCP) and international standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and project coordination skills
