Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical assets
- Diagnose system failures and implement effective repair solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability
- Manage maintenance documentation and inventory control for mechanical parts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized equipment services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within hospitality or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing networks, and electrical systems
- Certification in mechanical engineering or maintenance technology preferred
