Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and equipment using advanced CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Oversee the full project lifecycle including concept design, prototyping, validation, and production launch.
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Production, Quality) to ensure integrated and efficient solutions.
- Conduct engineering analyses (FEA, CFD) and optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
- Identify and resolve engineering problems through root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deliverables effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or design environment.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, material properties, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GD&T, and project management methodologies is advantageous.
