Tanggung Jawab
- Design and review HVAC mechanical systems and building layouts to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage project orders, schedules, and material availability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot on-site mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and electrical engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, system schematics, and operational documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in HVAC engineering, building services, or related sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy management principles.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or CFD tools.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional registration in Singapore.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
