Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Analyze mechanical production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
- Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on machinery performance and maintenance history.
- Supervise production workflows to ensure all quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute repair and maintenance schedules during off-peak and weekend shifts.
- Ensure adherence to all local workplace safety regulations and health standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead small technical teams.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices.
