Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative mechanical systems, components, and equipment ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis on mechanical failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with technical teams to ensure continuous operation of mechanical assets.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to local safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to procure materials and manage project timelines effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Mechanical Engineer.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in mechanical system design, installation, and facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current health and safety standards applicable to mechanical installations in the Philippines.
