Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems in compliance with industry specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure optimal operational uptime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical failures through root cause analysis.
- Improve existing processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including CAD drawings and operation manuals.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
