Join Zachry Group, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. We are currently seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the engineering and design of process equipment, including pumps, rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and stress analysis. Your work will directly influence the safety, quality, and efficiency of major industrial projects in the energy and petrochemical sectors.
We are looking for an engineer with a solid foundation in mechanical design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME and API.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and specify process equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
- Perform detailed pipe stress analysis using Caesar II software for critical lines.
- Develop and review mechanical engineering deliverables such as datasheets, specifications, and material requisitions.
- Evaluate technical bids from vendors and review supplier drawings for compliance with project requirements.
- Select and size pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating machinery.
- Prepare and check stress critical line lists, support load calculations, and nozzle load checks.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, construction, and plant commissioning phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Registered) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design for EPC projects (Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, or Power).
- Proficiency in Caesar II for pipe stress analysis is mandatory.
- Knowledge of PV Elite, Compress, or similar vessel design software is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of ASME Section VIII, B31.3, API 610, API 650, and TEMA standards.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Pasig City.
