We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join Palmer-Asia Inc. In this key role, you will serve as the Project In-Charge for high-profile infrastructure projects, including the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) and Polo Brewery. You will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical engineering aspects of these developments, ensuring that all technical requirements, safety standards, and project timelines are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end mechanical engineering lifecycle for the BSP and Polo Brewery projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, schematics, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and construction crews.
- Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical system issues, providing innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license for Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing construction or facility projects, ideally with commercial or government contracts (BSP/Polo Brewery experience is highly desirable).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and general mechanical systems.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
