Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for all production machinery to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Perform regular diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO quality management standards and local regulatory safety requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify bottlenecks and implement mechanical upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new production equipment.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, maintenance logs, and inventory records for machine components and spare parts.
- Lead root-cause analysis investigations for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior maintenance staff and provide technical training on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for Mechanical Engineers is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or production engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and occupational health and safety standards (OSHA/local equivalent).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) for technical drafting and design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Flexible and available to work in a demanding manufacturing environment.
