In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical design and development, from concept to production. You will utilize advanced CAD software to create detailed designs, perform simulations to validate performance, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless production. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Perform engineering analysis and simulations to validate designs and ensure performance.
- Develop and test prototypes to verify functionality and reliability.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, project management) to integrate mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, injection molding, sheet metal, etc.).
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
