Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for high-speed production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports on machine performance and maintenance logs.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new production lines and equipment upgrades.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components for ongoing operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (fresh graduates with strong technical internships are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of mechanical design, pneumatic systems, and hydraulics.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for technical drafting and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to mechanical repairs.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional technical team.
