In this role, you will act as a vital link between our engineering expertise and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for providing technical consultations, ensuring equipment performance, and driving customer success through site visits to various industrial facilities throughout the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support and consultation to diverse industrial clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to client factories to perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze mechanical issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Draft detailed technical reports based on field observations and equipment performance audits.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide clear, professional communication regarding technical specifications.
- Ensure that all field operations comply with local safety and environmental regulations.
- Support the sales and technical teams by demonstrating product value and service reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or field-service role is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently to various manufacturing sites within Sulawesi and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using technical diagnostic tools and computer-aided design software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license and a proactive approach to work.
