Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components for semiconductor equipment modules
- Optimize existing designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing
- Create detailed technical documentation and CAD drawings
- Research and implement new materials and manufacturing techniques
- Support prototype testing and validation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience in mechanical design for precision equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience with FEA and simulation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
