Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-precision mechanical components using CAD software.
- Analyze technical data to identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements and cost reductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure product quality standards are met.
- Perform structural simulations and testing to validate the durability and performance of new designs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all engineering designs, technical specifications, and project modifications.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance assembly line efficiency.
- Participate in periodic plant audits and safety compliance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a precision manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, casting, or CNC machining.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
