Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for lithium battery products
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze mechanical performance through simulation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and thermal systems
- Create detailed technical documentation, including CAD drawings and specifications
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality control
- Test and validate prototypes under real-world conditions to ensure reliability and safety
- Research and implement emerging technologies in battery mechanical systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical product design, preferably in battery or electronics industry
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus)
- Strong understanding of material science and manufacturing processes
- Experience with thermal management systems and mechanical safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry standards (IEC, UL) for battery systems
