We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the technical success of our infrastructure projects in Calamba City. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our engineering department, responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical systems—from initial planning, design, and installation supervision to ongoing maintenance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on existing mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and reports using CAD software.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to deliver mechanical systems within the allocated timeframe.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Professional License (e.g., PE) is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, engineering services, or industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of local construction codes, safety protocols, and mechanical principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
