Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer ready to drive operational excellence? Mission Foods is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic engineering team in Bandar Enstek.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing critical maintenance operations, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and ensuring peak equipment performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production goals, implement efficiency improvements, and maintain a safe, compliant manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical failures to restore operations quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify equipment bottlenecks and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical systems and upgrades.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history in the CMMS.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a maintenance or plant engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems.
- Familiarity with standard engineering tools, diagnostic software, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to support production teams effectively.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or as required by production schedules.
