Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial and industrial facilities
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Prepare technical documentation including CAD drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and project teams for integrated M&E solutions
- Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E support or mechanical design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and engineering calculation tools
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing design, and mechanical equipment
- Familiarity with Philippine Mechanical Code (PMC) and international standards
- Certification in mechanical engineering or relevant technical field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
