Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and production machinery to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process bottlenecks and implement technical improvements.
- Ensure all engineering designs and activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation for management review.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and repairs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Cikarang area.
- Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
