Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical and electrical production equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical and electrical failures, providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machinery setups for increased efficiency.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly comply with company health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage technical documentation, inventory of spare parts, and service logs for all machinery.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new mechanical or electrical systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical control systems (PLC experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols and standard maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing technical team.
- Flexibility to work in a contract-based role with a focus on delivering measurable results.
