Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage mechanical construction projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant machinery and industrial equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budget requirements are met.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and project documentation for management review.
- Analyze mechanical system performance data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Ensure that all installations and repairs adhere to local building codes and regulatory health and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and onsite maintenance personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in CAD software and standard project management tools.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, piping systems, and mechanical design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage high-pressure situations.
