PT.OTANI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding team in Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be a vital part of our technical operations, responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and repair mechanical components and systems in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures effectively to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Monitor mechanical equipment inventory and recommend necessary spare parts or upgrades.
- Prepare accurate technical documentation and progress reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a mechanical engineering or maintenance role.
- Strong grasp of mechanical design, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a professional environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sumatera Utara.
