Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee mechanical systems designs for various commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Coordinate with architectural and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction work adheres to engineering plans, specifications, and safety codes.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, material estimates, and project documentation.
- Manage sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot mechanical design issues and provide effective, on-site solutions.
- Monitor compliance with local building codes and government regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC License preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction or project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Residency within Cavite or willingness to relocate to the area.
