Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and supervision of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and safety codes.
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate mechanical designs with architectural and structural elements.
- Perform engineering calculations for load analysis, flow rates, and energy efficiency.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for mechanical subsystems within the overall construction schedule.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential mechanical issues during the construction and commissioning phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software tools.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to team projects.
